Import a requirement from Teamcenter
Procedure
- On the Resource bar, choose the System Navigator tab.
- Right-click the Requirement folder, and then select Open Requirement Model.
- In the Open Requirement Model dialog box, click Select Requirement Model, and then browse to the model that you want to import.
- Click OK.
This is the mechanism by which a requirement specification/model authored and managed in Teamcenter's Requirements Manager is brought into MCD for browsing, linking to functions, and traceability. It mirrors the equivalent "Open Function Model" and "Open Logical Model" commands used for the other two systems engineering model types.
