Observe Variables
Use the Observe Variables command to predefine a group of parameters from one or more objects that you want to observe during simulations.
After you predefine the group of parameters, you can add it to the Runtime Inspector to readily view and analyze groups of related parameters and signal values during simulations.
After you apply the command, the group of parameters is saved to the Physics Navigator, under the Observer node. To load the variables, right-click the Observe Variables node and then choose Add Observe Variables.
You can view a group of related parameters and signal values simultaneously during simulations. For example, for a conveyor system, you may only be interested in observing the motor state, torque, and speed. You can use the Observe Variables command to filter the objects and parameters to view in the Runtime Inspector.
