Capture Arrangement
Use the Capture Arrangement command to save the location of rigid bodies at a specific time during a simulation. For example, you can save important positions and orientations of rigid bodies for further analysis.
In the Assemblies application, you can use the Assembly Arrangements command to quickly view, modify, copy, and delete arrangements.
You can set preferences to enable the display of different arrangement types featuring unique settings and running modes for the model, including:
- Isolated — Lets you use a position override that controls the position of a component only.
- Regular — Lets you use a position override that controls the position of a component and its attachments.
Use the Move Component command to reposition the components in an arrangement.
